For customers who do not have a "CD purchase ticket," free sales will be held only after all CD purchases using "CD purchase tickets" have been made and if the maximum number of tickets has not been reached. However, please note that the maximum number of bonus tickets may already have been issued.
*The serial number being called will be displayed on your ticket in real time. Please note that you will not be able to wait at the venue even if you arrive before the scheduled meeting time.
*When the CD can be purchased, a notification message will be sent via LINE and a QR code will be displayed. Please make sure your smartphone is connected to the internet.
*Please show the LINE chat screen to the staff at the entrance to the sales area. The staff will tap your screen to read the QR code.
*The "CD purchase ticket" does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase a CD. If there are more applicants than the specified number, you may not be able to purchase a CD.

・"CD purchase tickets" are free.
・One person may apply for one ticket (up to one device). (Multiple applications using multiple devices are not accepted.) If you have multiple devices, our staff may contact you.
・Applications and ticket issuing can only be done via smartphone. Showing the chat screen on a tablet device such as an iPad on the day of the event will not be valid.
・Those who have a "CD purchase ticket" will be guided to the sales register in the order of their ticket numbers.
・For customers who do not have a "CD purchase ticket", free merchandise sales will be held only if the capacity has not been reached after the CD purchases using the "CD purchase ticket" have been completed. Please note that the maximum number of bonus tickets may have already been issued.
・Please note that if you have a "CD purchase ticket" and arrive late for the designated time, you will be asked to line up at the end of the group for your time.

・When purchasing tickets, family, friends, and accompanying persons must each apply for a numbered ticket. ・On the day of the event, you will receive a notification on LINE when your number becomes available for entry. (The QR code will not be displayed until you are available for entry.)
・You cannot take a screenshot of the QR code screen. It is also not permitted to transfer or resell the ticket to others.
・When entering the venue on the day, we will check that the numbered ticket is not a screenshot. We will refuse entry to those who have a screenshot or who have resold or transferred the ticket in other ways.
・There is no distribution function for the "CD purchase ticket," so it cannot be transferred to another person. Even if you are unable to attend the event, the purchase ticket cannot be canceled or transferred.
・We may ask you to verify your identity, so please be sure to bring your ID with you.
・To prevent fraud, staff may check the LINE notification screen regarding the issuance of numbered tickets, so please be careful not to delete your friend additions or delete the notification screen until the end of the event. In addition, staff may check if you have multiple smartphones.
・On the day, the serial number being called will be displayed on the face of the ticket in real time. Please be sure to check your serial number and the calling status, and come to the sales area at the scheduled meeting time shown on the face of the ticket.
・Please note that after sales begin, call times may change depending on the situation.
・If you do not have a smartphone, terminal device, or the LINE app, you will not be able to apply for a "CD purchase ticket." Thank you for your understanding.
・We will be able to check whether or not the issued numbered tickets have been used. If we find that a customer is causing a nuisance to other customers, such as issuing a ticket when they are not actually attending the event, we may refuse to issue a numbered ticket to that customer and to participate in future events.

[How to view the event]
The event itself can be viewed free of charge, but a <<priority viewing area>> will be set up in front of the venue stage. To enter the ≪Priority Viewing Area≫, you will need a "Priority Viewing Area Entrance Numbered Ticket".
From 10:10 on the day of the event, customers who purchase eligible products at the special sales booth in the venue will be given a "priority viewing area admission ticket" (with a serial number) and a "special event participation ticket."
*Up to one "priority viewing area admission ticket" will be given to each person per transaction.
*Please note that the reference number for the "priority viewing area admission ticket" will be distributed at random.
*Once the distribution of "priority viewing area admission tickets" has ended, only "privilege tickets" will be distributed.
* "Bonus tickets" will be given according to the reservation details of the event-eligible products.
* "Priority viewing area admission tickets" and "privilege tickets" will be distributed until the predetermined number of tickets has been reached.
*Please be sure to check the number of discount coupons you have at the time of payment.
* In order to have as many people as possible participate in the special event, we may set an upper limit on the number of products that can be purchased at one time. Please check the details at the venue on the day. (The maximum number of tickets may change depending on how busy the day is.)

Please note that we do not accept reservations via the Tower Records online site.
■Reservations can be made from your smartphone/cell phone (excluding some models).
■You will need your mobile phone number and email address to register for a reservation.
■If you are already a registered Tower Records Member, you can make a reservation by logging in with your registered email address and password.
■Customers who are not Tower Records members can make reservations by registering as a new member or without registering as a member.
Emails will be sent from the domain "towerrecords.co.jp", so please check the settings on your device in advance to ensure that you can receive them.
■The process from reservation registration to payment is as follows. (Tower Records Members will proceed from step ④.)
① Please read the QR code posted at the reservation venue using your smartphone/mobile phone (excluding some models).
②Click the "Create Blank Email" button on the screen that appears, check the sender address, and then send the blank email.
③ When you receive the "Reservation Registration Information" email, open the URL in the email body to access the reservation registration screen.
