Can I change my registered email address?

You can change it yourself.

*Be sure to access the site with a web browser (Safari/Chrome).
* In-app browsers (Yahoo JAPAN app and Google app) are not guaranteed to work.

An email titled "E-mail address change confirmation email" will be sent to the changed email address.
The change will be confirmed if you access the URL in the email within 1 hour.

▼ If the message "Already in use" is displayed
A Plus member ID (former EMTG ID) has already been obtained at the address you wish to register.
Since the Plus member ID is issued in conjunction with the email address, it cannot be changed unless the ID is deleted.

If the acquired ID is not linked to paid services or winning ticket information, you can delete it yourself.
