App login notes
DXTEEN OFFICIAL FANCLUB members have already obtained a login ID (Plus member ID).
You do not need to obtain a new ID when logging into the app. After launching the app, you can use members-only content by logging in with the above ID and password.
- * If you do not know Plus member ID, please check it from [Confirm/change registered details] on My Page.
- *If member login is not performed correctly, please uninstall the app once, install it again, and try logging in from [TICKET].
In order to prevent unauthorized use of this application, we ask that you use one ID per device. - *Once you log in, you cannot log out.
- *If you have an electronic ticket, please log in with your Plus member ID.
