<Notes when participating in the photo session>

・The organizer will take the photo with a Polaroid camera.

・The organizers will provide the instax cameras and film used for taking photos.

・Photos will be taken together with customers, and photos of members only will not be possible.

・For the 7 SHOT Instax photo session, guests will be seated in designated areas. Please sit facing forward in the chairs you are seated in. Sitting facing backwards or sideways is prohibited.

- Regarding poses, please refrain from poses that are immoral, poses that appear to be touching members, or poses that appear to overlap with members.

・We plan to install a transparent sheet between the members and customers.

- You cannot specify a pose for the members.

・You may not ask members to hold anything or give them headgear. Customers are also not allowed to hold merchandise, sketchbooks, etc. when taking photos.

・If you wish to wear a name tag or name plate, it must be a business card-sized (or palm-sized) pin badge or neck strap that can be attached to clothing. However, staff may decide not to allow you to wear one.

・Please do not touch the members.

・Please refrain from wearing clothing that violates public order and morals. Staff may refuse photography at their discretion.

・As a general rule, we will not allow retakes. Retakes will only be permitted if there are any imperfections in the members' photos (such as if the members have their eyes closed). After taking the photos, please be sure to check them at the venue and notify a staff member if there are any imperfections. After checking, we will decide whether to retake the photos. Please note that retakes will not be permitted after the event has ended.

・会場ごとに画角や写りが異なる場合があります。チェキの特性となるため、その場合の撮り直しはいたしません。

・Bringing and using photography equipment, recording equipment, and video recording equipment is prohibited. Filming, recording, and video recording are strictly prohibited. If you are found to be doing so, your data will be erased, your equipment will be confiscated, and you will be asked to leave. In addition, you may be denied participation in future DXTEEN-related events.

・After checking in/entering the venue, please be sure to put all mobile phones, smartphones, cameras, etc. (including smartwatches) away in the back of your bag. If a staff member is found to have a mobile phone, smartphone, camera, etc. (including smartwatches) on top of your bag, on the side, in your pocket, or in your breast pocket, we will ask you to check and confirm the condition of the device, so please be aware of this in advance.

・We will keep your belongings, including cell phones, in front of the photo booth.

・Staff may conduct a body check.

・Once you have checked in and entered each lane, you will be asked to wait in line to participate and will not be able to leave. If you leave the line, you will not be able to return to the waiting line and will not be able to participate in the event, so please make sure to use the restroom beforehand.

当日は会場受付でご本人様確認をさせていただきますので、DXTEEN PFFICIAL STOREから送付された当選メールに記載されたお名前と同一のお名前が記載された『顔写真付きの本人確認書類』の原本（写真・コピー・有効期限切れのもの不可）を【1】～【7】の中から1点ご用意ください。

*Winning rights cannot be sold or transferred to a third party, including family or friends. Regardless of whether monetary transactions are made, if it is discovered that you have transferred your winning rights, you will not be able to participate in any future DXTEEN-related live shows or events, so please refrain from doing so.

*If there is a clear discrepancy between the photo on your ID and the photo on your ID, and proof cannot be provided with other ID documents, staff may refuse entry at their discretion. Please be sure to bring your own "ID with photo".

*If the address you entered when applying does not match the address on your identity card, you will be denied entry. Please make sure that your identity card matches the address you entered when applying before coming to the event.

*If you are a foreign national, you must bring one of the following documents that can clearly identify you: (1) passport, (4) special permanent resident certificate or residence card, or (6) My Number card (*notification cards are not acceptable).

・If you have not been issued a student ID or student handbook, a student ID card with a photo or a school-issued ID card will be acceptable.

・Student handbooks that do not have a space for the student's name to be written or where the student's name is not written in the space will not be accepted.

・No photo of your face will be accepted

・Items that do not have a photo on them and have a photo attached to them or that appear to have been attached to them are not acceptable.

・Student certificates are not acceptable.

・Documents issued by preparatory schools or vocational schools are not acceptable.

*You will not be able to participate if you bring a special skills license, temporary driver's license, employee ID, health insurance card, etc. with a photo other than the above "photo identification document." Please make sure to bring one of the "photo identification documents" specified above (1) to (7).

*Please make sure to protect your My Number card so that your personal number and other details are not visible when you present it.

*For your disability certificate, please present the page listing your name, address, and photo.

*All identification documents that have expired cannot be accepted.

If you do not have any of these documents, or if the details do not match those of the person who placed the order, you will be denied participation in the event, regardless of the reason.

Please note that you will not be able to participate if you have lost or forgotten your "winning notice" or "photo ID" or if there are any other issues. In this case, we will not cover transportation costs, etc. Thank you for your understanding.

<Notes on identity verification>

・When verifying your identity, we will check your photo ID against the one specified by the organizer. Verification in a state where your face cannot be seen or is difficult to distinguish is prohibited.

If you are wearing a mask or sunglasses, we will ask you to remove them before we can verify your identity.

・Students who have not been issued a student ID card, student handbook, student certificate, or identification card by the school, regardless of whether it has a photo or not, must prepare one “identification document with photo” from among the documents specified above (1) to (7).

- Anyone other than the winner cannot participate for any reason.

-If you are a minor, please be sure to read this together with your guardian and obtain their understanding and consent before participating.

・Please contact the relevant public institution to inquire about the time and cost required to issue a "photo ID" issued by the public institution.

・Please prepare a photo ID issued by a public institution well in advance of the day of the event. We cannot accept requests that are not made in time.

* "Passports" and "My Number Cards" can be issued to minors as well. (Minors need parental consent.) Identity verification may also be conducted at upcoming events, so please take this opportunity to prepare in advance.

・If we are unable to verify your identity due to forgetting, losing, or an incomplete identification document, you will be denied participation.

*This event is only for the winner. Companions are not allowed to participate under any circumstances. However, preschool children may accompany the winner into the venue.

* Please manage your luggage and valuables at your own risk. Please note that we are not responsible for any damages such as theft or loss.

*Customers are free to wear their own clothes, but please refrain from wearing clothes that are too revealing or offensive to public order and morals.
