◎We cannot exchange or return products due to customer convenience.

◎Due to the materials and production process, there may be some scratches or scuffs on the surface of the product. Please note that there are no problems with use.

◎We will do our best to avoid handing over the wrong item or giving you insufficient change, but please be sure to check the item immediately after purchase. We cannot respond to requests after the time has passed.

◎Defective products can only be exchanged at the venue on the day of purchase. Please check the product promptly after purchase. Please note that if the product is out of stock, we may offer a refund.

◎If you have purchased an OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK or Disaster Preparedness Starter Kit online, please contact the online store where you purchased it for an exchange or exchange. We cannot accept exchanges at the venue where the product is sold on the day of purchase.

◎If you have purchased an OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK, please be sure to check that it lights up. In the event of a defect, please present your purchase receipt and speak to a member of staff during OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK sales hours. We will not be able to assist you for any reason other than lost receipts or OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK sales hours on the day of purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

◎The queue to purchase merchandise, OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK, or CAPSULE TOY will be limited to customers who intend to purchase. We ask that accompanying persons wait outside the sales area. Please refrain from meeting in the entrance queue.

◎The following actions are prohibited as they cause inconvenience to other customers.

* Product trading at the booth venue or near the facility

* Sit-ins around the facility

*Occupying benches for long periods of time

If any of these actions are observed, staff will contact you.

◎Please follow the instructions of staff inside and outside the venue and in the waiting line. If you do not follow the instructions, if you violate the rules, or if you cause a nuisance to others, we may be forced to suspend or cancel the sale. In such cases, the organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible.

◎Due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather or operational reasons on the day, sales may end without notice or sales times may change. Please note that the contents may also be changed or sales may be canceled.

◎The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue.

◎We will not accept any inquiries regarding the venue facilities.
