*Please note that there is a limit to the number of tickets available for each special event.
*If you have multiple tickets for the "Send-Off Party", please line up at the end of the line again. However, we ask for your cooperation in bringing all tickets together at the end.
*If the same members have multiple tickets for the "NICO NICO Talk Session", they will be bundled together and can interact for a longer period of time. (However, we may set a limit on the number of tickets that can be bundled together.)
*If you have tickets to the "NICO NICO Talk Session" with multiple members, please line up in the order of the shortest line.

[How to view the event]
The event itself can be viewed free of charge, but a <<priority viewing area>> will be set up in front of the venue stage. To enter the ≪Priority Viewing Area≫, you will need a "Priority Viewing Area Entrance Numbered Ticket".
From 10:00 on the day of the event, customers who purchase eligible products at the special sales booth in the venue will be given a "priority viewing area admission ticket" (with a serial number) and a "special event participation ticket."
* There are two types of "Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket": 1st and 2nd copies. Either 1 copy or 2 copies will be given up to 1 per person per transaction.
*Please note that the reference number for the "priority viewing area admission ticket" will be distributed at random.
*After the distribution of the "Priority Viewing Area Entrance Numbered Ticket" ends, only the "Special Event Participation Ticket" will be handed over.
*"Special event participation tickets" will be given out depending on the reservation contents of the event-related products.
* "Priority viewing area admission ticket" and "privilege event participation ticket" will be discontinued as soon as the specified number is reached.
*When purchasing your "Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket" or "Special Event Participation Ticket", please select the section you wish to attend. You cannot change the section you wish to attend for your "Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket" or "Special Event Participation Ticket" after purchase, so please be sure to check that each ticket is correct and that none have been distributed at the time of payment.
* In order to have as many people as possible participate in the special event, we may set an upper limit on the number of products that can be purchased at one time. Please check the details at the venue on the day. (The maximum number of tickets may change depending on how busy the day is.)
*Please refrain from arriving late at night or early in the morning. Please refrain from gathering around the venue or forming queues at your own discretion until instructed by staff.
*When viewing the ≪Priority Viewing Area≫, customers in front may be seated in a chair so that many customers can enjoy it.

・ご予約いただいた商品は、TSUTAYAレイクタウンの店頭受け取りもしくは元払いでの配送となります。
・商品お受け取りの際は必ず予約用紙の控えをお持ちください。商品を店頭にて受取る際に必要ですので大切にお待ちください。
控えをご紛失された場合、お持ち頂いていない場合は商品をお渡しすることが出来ません。
・配送希望の場合、元払いにて承ります。当日のご予約でお名前・ご住所・お電話番号が同一の場合に限り、2回目以降のお申し込み分の配送料をおまとめできます。追加ご予約分の商品も、梱包を１個口でおまとめして配送の手配をさせていただきます。

* After purchase (after the time of payment), you cannot change the desired venue for the "priority viewing area admission ticket" and "privilege event participation ticket". Please be sure to check whether there is any.
* Forgery of "priority viewing area admission ticket" and "privilege party participation ticket" is a criminal act. We will take appropriate measures as soon as we find out.
* "Priority viewing area admission ticket" and "privilege meeting participation ticket" are purchase benefits only on the day of the event.
* "Priority viewing area admission tickets" and "Special event participation tickets" are only valid for the date, time and session printed on the ticket. Tickets distributed at other stores are not eligible. Please note that they cannot be used on other days or at other venues.
* The privilege party will end as soon as the line is broken.
*Calling, mixing, jumping, etc. are prohibited at the venue.
When cheering, please be considerate of the surrounding stores and customers and keep the volume down.
*When watching the mini live performance, it is prohibited to bring in any items that are deemed larger than DXTEEN's official merchandise (BIG UCHIWA), such as fans, homemade boards, sketchbooks, or cheering goods that make noise.
In addition, when using cheering goods, please refrain from holding them above chest height. If staff determine that your behavior is obstructing the view of other customers, interfering with the performance, or causing a nuisance, you may be refused permission to use the goods. Thank you for your understanding.
*Decoration of official merchandise is possible as long as it fits within the size of each product.
*It is prohibited to sell or distribute unofficial goods using DXTEEN's image or name within the venue premises or in nearby facilities or public places. If staff discover unauthorized sales/distribution, the products in question will be confiscated and identity verification will be carried out. If it is found that you are a fan club member, you will be expelled and will be denied entry to the event and venue premises. Please be aware of this in advance.
*There are no coin lockers for large items such as suitcases, so please keep your own luggage with you.
*In the event venue, sitting down, taking a place with luggage or leisure sheets, etc., and viewing from a stepladder, stand, or step are prohibited at all places.
*Please do not reserve space for your companions to leave their luggage, etc., or interrupt them when they come in later.
*Staff may remove items that are left unattended. The organizer/facility will not take any responsibility for the removed luggage.
*The start time may change depending on the situation on the day. Please note.
*In any case, we cannot cancel or refund the product due to the customer's own circumstances. Please note. If the product is defective, we will exchange it for a non-defective product after confirmation.
* Eating, drinking and smoking are prohibited at the event venue. For smoking, please use the designated smoking area.

*You will be responsible for your own transportation costs to the event venue, accommodation costs, etc. The conditions will not change even if the event is canceled. Please note that we will not provide any refunds or refunds for CD products.
*Staff may guide customers by touching their shoulders and arms during special events. Please only participate in the special event if you agree with this.
