・Please note that if you have a "CD purchase ticket" and arrive late for the designated time, you will be asked to line up at the end of the group for your time.
Please note that depending on the time of your arrival, we may not be able to guarantee that you will be able to purchase a CD, receive a "numbered talk event ticket," or receive the "bonus ticket" you have requested.
・When purchasing tickets, family, friends, and accompanying persons must each apply for a numbered ticket. Due to the introduction of the LINE app, children up to junior high school age who do not have a smartphone will be guided to the venue together with their guardian if they have a numbered ticket.
・On the day of the event, you will receive a notification on LINE when your number becomes available for entry. (The QR code will not be displayed until you are available for entry.)
・You cannot take a screenshot of the QR code screen. It is also not permitted to transfer or resell the ticket to others.

・There is no distribution function for the "CD purchase ticket," so it cannot be transferred to another person. Even if you are unable to attend the event, the purchase ticket cannot be canceled or transferred.
・We may ask you to verify your identity, so please be sure to bring your ID with you.
・To prevent fraud, staff may check the LINE notification screen regarding the issuance of numbered tickets, so please be careful not to delete your friend additions or delete the notification screen until the end of the event. In addition, staff may check if you have multiple smartphones.
・On the day, the serial number being called will be displayed on the face of the ticket in real time. Please be sure to check your serial number and the calling status, and come to the sales area at the scheduled meeting time shown on the face of the ticket.
・Please note that after sales begin, call times may change depending on the situation.
・If you do not have a smartphone, terminal device, or the LINE app, you will not be able to apply for a "CD purchase ticket." Thank you for your understanding.
・We will be able to check whether or not the issued numbered tickets have been used. [How to view the event]
The event itself can be viewed free of charge, but a <<priority viewing area>> will be set up in front of the venue stage. To enter the ≪Priority Viewing Area≫, you will need a "Priority Viewing Area Entrance Numbered Ticket".
From 10:00 on the day of the event, customers who purchase eligible products at the special sales booth in the venue will be given a "priority viewing area admission ticket" (with a serial number) and a "special event participation ticket."

*After the distribution of the "Priority Viewing Area Entrance Numbered Ticket" ends, only the "Special Event Participation Ticket" will be handed over.

*When participating in the event, it is prohibited to bring in any items that are deemed larger than DXTEEN's official merchandise (BIG UCHIWA), such as fans, homemade boards, sketchbooks, or cheering goods that make noise.

If staff determine that your behavior is obstructing the view of other customers, interfering with the performance, or causing a nuisance, you may be refused permission to use the goods. *Decoration of official merchandise is possible as long as it fits within the size of each product.
*It is prohibited to sell or distribute unofficial goods using DXTEEN's image or name within the venue premises or in nearby facilities or public places. If staff discover unauthorized sales/distribution, the products in question will be confiscated and identity verification will be carried out. If it is found that you are a fan club member, you will be expelled and will be denied entry to the event and venue premises. Please be aware of this in advance.
*There are no coin lockers for large items such as suitcases, so please keep your own luggage with you.
*In the event venue, sitting down, taking a place with luggage or leisure sheets, etc., and viewing from a stepladder, stand, or step are prohibited at all places.
*Please do not reserve space for your companions to leave their luggage, etc., or interrupt them when they come in later.
