◎We cannot accept exchanges or returns of products due to customer reasons.

If we observe any of these behaviors, our staff will speak to you.

If you do not follow the instructions, or if you violate the rules or cause trouble to others, we may be forced to interrupt or cancel sales altogether. In such cases, the organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible.
◎Due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather conditions or operational reasons on the day, we may end sales or change sales times without prior notice. Please also note that the content may be changed or sales may be canceled.
◎The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents, thefts, or other incidents that occur inside or outside the venue.
◎We will not accept any inquiries regarding the venue facilities.
