NEWS
DXTEEN's "Good Vibes" has been selected as the theme song for "The Best Old Lady Nakajima Haruko ~Madam in a Little Bit of Bangkok~", which will be broadcast nationwide on Tokai TV and Fuji TV from Saturday, January 4, 2025.
This song is a new piece written specifically for the drama, and it depicts the unsettled weather on a day when you don't have an umbrella, and you're just one step away from running a red light... Today is unlucky, so today is a step towards a more positive tomorrow.
This is a DXTEEN-style vitamin song that expresses the will to "turn every day into a positive one!" with a light-hearted track.
DXTEEN Comment
As this was our first time performing a theme song for a drama, we were surprised and at the same time filled with joy that our song would be the theme song.
I hope that the theme song will bring to everyone who listens to it a sense of energy and vitality for the future, along with the refreshing and positive world view of the drama brought to life by the sharp-tongued yet kind-hearted main character, Nakajima Haruko.
"The Best Old Lady Nakajima Haruko ~Madam in Bangkok for a Little Bit~"
The third installment of the popular series "The Best Old Lady Nakajima Haruko" by Mariko Hayashi, which has been further enhanced. This is a refreshing entertainment comedy in which the main character Haruko cuts through the "problems of women living in the Reiwa era" with her blunt and sarcastic remarks, somehow making those around her happy and changing their lives for the better.
