Regarding application

The conditions under which you can apply are different for each advance. Please be sure to check the application conditions before applying.
Applications for each advance sale are limited to one per person, with a maximum of four tickets per performance.
For this performance, each person will be required to hold one ticket to enter, so if you apply for two or more tickets, please be sure to share the tickets with your companions. Please note that tickets purchased from the applicant cannot be distributed or transferred to other people.
Accompanying persons should also prepare a smartphone that meets the recommended environment for the "DXTEEN OFFICIAL APP". Accompanying persons will be distributed at the time of entry, so everyone should obtain Plus member ID in advance. Those who use or already have DXTEEN OFFICIAL FANCLUB do not need to obtain a new one.
Duplicate applications for the same performance may be invalidated.
Even if you win/purchase multiple tickets, we will not allow anyone other than the person who won the tickets (the person whose name appears on the ticket) to enter the venue. We also cannot accept any changes to information, cancellations, refunds, or other requests for tickets.
The name of the person who registered to Plus member ID at the time of application will be displayed on the ticket (the name of the accompanying person registered to Plus member ID that was distributed to them). When applying, please make sure to apply under the name of the person attending the event.
Name changes will not be accepted after application. The name displayed on the ticket will be the name registered to Plus member ID at the time of application (the name of the accompanying person will be the name registered to the distributed Plus member ID) and information. Transfers are strictly prohibited, even between family members or friends. Changes will not be accepted for any reason, so please be careful not to make any mistakes or omissions when applying.

About electronic tickets

To prevent resale, tickets for this performance will be issued as electronic tickets via the "DXTEEN OFFICIAL APP."
E-tickets are scheduled to be available for collection 3 days before the performance date. Please check the individual reception pages for details. (Seats will be displayed on the day of the performance.)
If a companion under the age of 18 does not have a smartphone, the companion's tickets will be displayed on the applicant's device together and they will enter at the same time as the applicant. Please bring a valid ID as we may need to verify your Japanese identity.
If you arrive at the venue without having received your tickets yet, it may take some time before you can enter. Please make sure to receive and distribute your tickets before arriving at the venue.
If you are unable to participate due to unavoidable reasons, please use official trading.

Entry method/identity verification

The name of the applicant (and accompanying persons) will be displayed on the ticket, and we may ask you to verify your Plus member ID when entering each venue. If we are unable to verify your identity, you will be denied entry regardless of the reason.
When you come to the venue, please be sure to bring a valid form of identification* that can verify the name on the ticket.
The name registered to Plus member ID at the time of application (the name of the accompanying person registered to Plus member ID distributed to them) will be displayed on the ticket. Only the person in question will be allowed to enter. We will not accept any changes, regardless of the reason. Please be careful not to make any mistakes or omissions when applying.

All advance tickets will be sold by lottery. Tickets will not be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, so please check the notes regarding the performance during the application period and apply carefully. Immediately after the reception starts and near the end of the reception, it may be difficult to connect due to the concentration of access. Please complete the application process with plenty of time in advance.
Advance ticket sales are available before the general release of tickets. Please note that there is a limited number of reservations and all reservations are made by lottery, so we cannot guarantee that you will win or receive a good seat.
We cannot respond to any inquiries/requests regarding seats.
When purchasing tickets or visiting the venue, you may be asked to provide your emergency contact information.

Regarding performances, no cancellations, changes, or refunds are allowed after ticket purchase, regardless of the reason. As an exception, if a performance is cancelled, we may provide you with a refund.

Tickets purchased at this reception desk may not be resold to a third party for any reason. Providing/transferring to a third party for resale is also prohibited. Additionally, purchasing tickets for the purpose of resale is strictly prohibited.
Resale activities include auction listings, winning bids, online sales, ticket shops, purchasing agents, scalpers, and malicious third parties.
If we find out that items are being sold at auction or resold at high prices, we will deny entry to the seller and buyer.
In addition, if resale or other similar activities are confirmed, we may ask for your identity to confirm your seat on the day of the performance. If we are unable to confirm your identity, we may refuse you entry.
Tickets sold at the reception for this performance (box office admission tickets) are designated as ``Special Performance Admission Tickets,'' and transfers for a price exceeding the sales price of the promoter without permission from the organizer are prohibited. Masu.

Notes regarding the performance and requests within the venue

During the performance, please either stand or sit in your seat. It is prohibited to leave your seat, run to the front, lean forward, or otherwise get close to other customers in front, rear, left, or right.
It is prohibited to move or exchange seats unnecessarily during the performance, and please refrain from contacting other attendees or lending or borrowing items.
Crowding of any kind and trading of goods, etc. are prohibited inside and outside the venue.
If you feel unwell after entering the venue, please notify the nearest staff member immediately.
Please note that our staff will contact any visitors who appear to be feeling unwell. We also ask for your understanding that we may refuse entry depending on the situation.
During the performance, eating and drinking for any purpose other than hydration is prohibited. No alcoholic beverages may be brought in/Drinking alcohol is prohibited.

After leaving the venue, please move quickly and do not stay around the venue.

Regarding recording, recording, and photography

Bringing photography and recording equipment (cameras, binoculars with shooting function, recorders, video recording equipment such as video recording equipment) into the venue, taking photos with cameras and mobile phones inside the venue, shooting videos, recording audio, live streaming ( Acts such as live broadcasting (audio/video) are completely prohibited in order to protect the artist's rights.
Due to the frequent occurrence of voyeurism and eavesdropping using smartphones and binoculars, if a smartphone or binoculars are used during the performance, a staff member may ask you to check if your smartphone is stuck out of your bag or pocket, or if you are using a smartphone or binoculars. Regarding support goods and volunteer projects

Please be aware that commercializing and selling/distributing to an unspecified number of people using materials other than DXTEEN support advertisements (photos released from the official website or fan club, photos used in magazines, photos taken in places where photography is not permitted, such as at performances) constitutes an infringement of the artist's portrait rights, regardless of whether the seller is making a profit or not. In order to protect the artist's portrait, we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
Bringing in any support goods other than official DXTEEN merchandise is prohibited.
However, the following items may be brought into the venue even if they are not official goods.

During the performance, cheering goods (OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK, fans, etc.) are prohibited from being of a height or size that interferes with the performance or the viewing of other customers, as well as from causing a nuisance.
When using cheering goods, please refrain from holding them above your chest height.
When using fans, slogans, etc., it is prohibited to protrude beyond your seat. *Please note that the size of the seats may vary depending on the venue.
If the staff determines that it will interfere with the performance or cause a nuisance to other customers, we may refuse your use.
Decorations on official goods are allowed as long as they fit within the size of each product.
Even if we receive a request for permission to carry out a project by a customer volunteer, we cannot mediate, cooperate, or provide support.
It is prohibited to sell or distribute unofficial goods using DXTEEN's likeness or name within the venue premises, nearby facilities, or public places. Furthermore, we do not permit any such behavior.
In the unlikely event that unauthorized sales/distribution is discovered, the relevant products will be confiscated and identity verification will be carried out, and if it is found that you are a fan club member, you will be expelled and denied entry to the performance and venue premises. In more serious cases, in order to prevent recurrence, we may be forced to take legal action against those who take pictures or eavesdrop without prior notice, as it is considered an illegal act, so please absolutely refrain from such acts.
Furthermore, unless the number of people purchasing such unofficial merchandise decreases, it will be difficult to reduce the unauthorized sale and distribution of unofficial goods. We ask for your understanding that this is an act that violates the rights of artists.

Prohibited matter

Those who fall under the following may be refused entry.
Those who are unable to comply with precautions and requests, or those who are judged to be a hindrance to ensuring safety. Additionally, if such behavior is discovered during the performance, you will be asked to leave the venue midway through the performance.
Those who are under the influence of alcohol. If the staff determines that you are under the influence of alcohol, you will be refused entry. Please refrain from drinking alcohol before coming to the venue, as alcohol consumption may cause your body temperature to rise. Also, bringing in alcohol is prohibited.

Regarding sales of goods, CDs, DVDs, etc.

Regarding venue sales and EC sales of concert goods, we will inform you as soon as the details are decided.
When selling concert goods, etc. at the venue, we will separately inform you of precautions regarding the sales area.
