Regarding application

  • The conditions under which you can apply are different for each advance. Please be sure to check the application conditions before applying.
  • Applications for each advance sale are limited to one per person, with a maximum of four tickets per performance.

  • Even if you win/purchase multiple tickets, we will not allow anyone other than the person who won the tickets (the person whose name appears on the ticket) to enter the venue. We also cannot accept any changes to information, cancellations, refunds, or other requests for tickets.
  • The name of the person who registered to Plus member ID at the time of application will be displayed on the ticket (the name of the accompanying person registered to Plus member ID that was distributed to them).   • Name changes will not be accepted after application. About electronic tickets

  • To prevent resale, tickets for this performance will be issued as electronic tickets via the "DXTEEN OFFICIAL APP."
  • E-tickets are scheduled to be available for collection 3 days before the performance date. Please check the individual reception pages for details. (Seats will be displayed on the day of the performance.)
  • If a companion under the age of 18 does not have a smartphone, the companion's tickets will be displayed on the applicant's device together and they will enter at the same time as the applicant. Please bring a valid ID as we may need to verify your Japanese identity.

Entry method/identity verification

Regarding recording, recording, and photography

  • Bringing photography and recording equipment (cameras, binoculars with shooting function, recorders, video recording equipment such as video recording equipment) into the venue, taking photos with cameras and mobile phones inside the venue, shooting videos, recording audio, live streaming ( Acts such as live broadcasting (audio/video) are completely prohibited in order to protect the artist's rights.

  • Please be aware that commercializing and selling/distributing to an unspecified number of people using materials other than DXTEEN support advertisements (photos released from the official website or fan club, photos used in magazines, photos taken in places where photography is not permitted, such as at performances) constitutes an infringement of the artist's portrait rights, regardless of whether the seller is making a profit or not. In order to protect the artist's portrait, we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
  • Bringing in any support goods other than official DXTEEN merchandise is prohibited.

  • When using cheering goods, please refrain from holding them above your chest height.
  • When using fans, slogans, etc., it is prohibited to protrude beyond your seat. *Please note that the size of the seats may vary depending on the venue.
  • If the staff determines that it will interfere with the performance or cause a nuisance to other customers, we may refuse your use.
  • Decorations on official goods are allowed as long as they fit within the size of each product.
  • Even if we receive a request for permission to carry out a project by a customer volunteer, we cannot mediate, cooperate, or provide support.
  • It is prohibited to sell or distribute unofficial goods using DXTEEN's likeness or name within the venue premises, nearby facilities, or public places. Furthermore, we do not permit any such behavior.
  • In the unlikely event that unauthorized sales/distribution is discovered, the relevant products will be confiscated and identity verification will be carried out, and if it is found that you are a fan club member, you will be expelled and denied entry to the performance and venue premises. In more serious cases, in order to prevent recurrence, we may be forced to take legal action against those who take pictures or eavesdrop without prior notice, as it is considered an illegal act, so please absolutely refrain from such acts.
  • Furthermore, unless the number of people purchasing such unofficial merchandise decreases, it will be difficult to reduce the unauthorized sale and distribution of unofficial goods. We ask for your understanding that this is an act that violates the rights of artists.

Prohibited matter
