About electronic tickets
To prevent resale, tickets for this performance will be collected via the "DXTEEN OFFICIAL APP" and the applicant's name will be displayed on the ticket.

Scheduled one week before each performance
Seats will be displayed on the day of the performance.
How to receive your e-ticket
Please receive your electronic ticket on the smartphone with the phone number you registered when applying.

※チケット申し込み時から公演当日までDXTEEN OFFICIAL FANCLUB / DXTEEN COMMUNE会員である必要がございます。退会してしまうとチケット発券および入場ができませんのでご注意ください。入場ができない場合も払い戻しの対応はございません。
万が一退会してしまった場合、対象期間分の会費をお支払いいただき、入場が可能となります。ただし、退会中のサービスの再提供はございませんのでご了承ください。
※チケットご購入後に退会されたお客様には、DXTEEN OFFICIAL FANCLUB / DXTEEN COMMUNEよりご連絡させていただく場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

Distribution of tickets
Please be sure to distribute the tickets to your accompanying persons by the day of the event.
Plus member ID (free of charge) is required to receive tickets for accompanying persons.

How to enter
If your accompanying person under the age of 18 does not have a smartphone, you can display both tickets on your smartphone and enter the venue together with your accompanying person.

If the applicant is unable to attend, the accompanying person will not be allowed to enter alone.

If the applicant is unable to attend, the trade listing will be for two items together. It is not possible to list only the applicant's item.
Trading Period
Ticketing begins ~ The day before the performance, 11:59pm
Official ticket trading (resale) will be available for this performance.
Please note that tickets transferred through any means other than official trades will not be accepted for admission.
Chikepla Trade is a service for domestic use in Japan, and those who do not have a domestic account cannot list items. Please note.
Those who do not possess a bank account in Japan are not eligible to exhibit in Ticketplus trade. We appreciate your understanding that the procedure will differ depending on your own situation, as the trade system is a domestic service.
