1. Download and install the app

2. After installation, log in with the ID used on the old device

3. Follow the procedures of "SMS authentication" and "identity verification procedure", and once you have verified your identity, log in again.

The app cannot be used on multiple devices to prevent unauthorized use. (It can be used by one person, 1 ID, 1 terminal)

Phone numbers such as landlines and IP phones cannot be registered.

You can change your device or reinstall the app [up to twice a month].

The registered phone number can be changed [up to twice a year].

If you have exceeded the maximum number of procedures above, you will not be able to carry out the procedure yourself. We will check the usage status.
