The renewal procedure period begins 3 months before the membership expiration month (including the expiration month).

For those who are eligible, we will notify you by "email" and "MY PAGE" when the continuation period comes.
Please proceed from the "Continue procedure" button displayed during the period.
* If you are outside the renewal procedure period or are automatically continuing, the "Renewal procedure" button will not be displayed.

Please be sure to access the site with a web browser (Safari/Chrome).
* In-app browsers (Yahoo JAPAN app and Google app) are not guaranteed to work.

▼How to pay the annual membership fee
As with new enrollment, you can proceed with "credit card payment" or "convenience store payment".
If you choose credit card payment when you join as a new member and are automatically continuing, it will be automatically renewed after the 20th of the membership expiration month.​
Credit card payments will be made on the last day of the membership expiration month (or the day before if the last day falls on a weekend or holiday).
*If [Automatic Renewal] is listed under the membership expiration date, renewal procedures are not required.
